Recipients of the Georgia Power Good Citizenship Award for the second quarter were announced on December 12 at Valwood’s Lower School Friday Flag program. Mr. Scott Haner of Georgia Power presented the awards to the students who were chosen by their teachers. The awards are given to students exhibiting character traits such as honesty, integrity, empathy for fellow students and respect for teachers and one another.
1st Grade: Elliot Thomas, Will Trickett
2nd Grade: Lauren Gee, Kate Cockran, Kendall Drumheller, Grant Moss
3rd Grade: Emma Burnette, Kennedy Lilly, Myliah Anderson, Aubrey Music
4th Grade: Daniel Musser, Madison Shapiro, Will Fielding, Isabella McMurray
