We are fortunate to have widespread support for the school’s top giving priority, the Valwood Annual Fund, which benefits every student, in every classroom, every day. It’s fundamental to the school’s operating budget and the reason we are so deeply appreciative of broad participation from our entire school community: parents, alumni, faculty and staff, parents of alumni, grandparents, and friends of Valwood.
The Annual Fund allows Valwood community—parents, alumni, faculty, staff, trustees, grandparents, and friends of all financial circumstances—the ability to support the life of the school. This is a common practice for most independent schools throughout the country.
