Recipients of the 4th quarter Georgia Power Good Citizenship Awards were announced on May 13th at Valwood’s Lower School Friday Flag program. Mr. Scott Haner of Georgia Power presented the awards to the students who were chosen by their teachers. The awards are given to students exhibiting character traits such as honesty, integrity, empathy for fellow students and respect for teachers and one another.
1st Grade: Ansley Holmes, Charlotte Holloway, Carolyn Griner, Chasey Grodecki
2nd Grade: Nandini Thanki, Davis Tyrone, Will Greene, Caroline Kerns
3rd Grade: Samantha McQuitty, Murphy Johnson, Christabel Ofori, Athen Bradford
4th Grade: James Godbee, Elle Scruggs, Bella Shaw, Audrey Douglas, Olivia Brooks
